The first digitally supported sustainability laboratory in the wider region was implemented in 2023. In the laboratory, more than 80% of tests are conducted using digital data recording, with systems set up for 24/7 direct monitoring. Through the use of digital twins, processes at concrete plants are monitored, enabling 24-hour tracking of sensor devices in both the laboratory and concrete plants. The digitally supported laboratory, which can securely access various programs used by the company, ensures organized data records and lays the foundation for AI-driven predictions. This ultimately leads to forecasting material properties based on laboratory and concrete plant data, with the option for permanent data storage through Blockchain technology.
