Engineering within the GIC group is closely integrated with the internal project department and primarily deals with planning and developing construction projects. For various clients, we find land, handle administrative processes, provide comprehensive planning, organize construction, and also offer management services and, if necessary, arrange financing or ensure the leasing of the property to partners.
