Consortium of Companies ...

consisting of GIC GRADNJE d.o.o., SRC d.o.o., Robotina d.o.o., and Sunesis d.o.o., has obtained EU funds through the Digital Transformation of the Economy call for the implementation of the Construction 4.0 project.

The purpose of the project is the comprehensive digital transformation of the lead partner in the consortium, GIC GRADNJE, and many business functions of the other partners. By doing so, we are addressing the challenges and trends that are generally and specifically present in the Slovenian construction industry, as we have a significant impact on the influence of digital technologies and digitalization in construction. The ambition and significance of the project are primarily based on the fact that the construction industry is already at the very beginning of the path towards digitalization.

Expected result ...

of the project will be the implementation of new methods, processes, and ways of working as a positive effect of technologically advanced digital transformation. With activities within the subprojects Construction 4.0 and Concrete Plant 2.0, we will renovate and digitize processes on construction sites and in concrete plants. By implementing the Construction Platform, we will modernize management procedures and documentation, while with the Zgradba kot platforma, we will transform the way buildings are perceived. The project also includes the development of a comprehensive digital strategy and places great emphasis not only on the development and use of advanced digital technologies but also on the increase of digital competencies of employees, changes in (digital) culture, and the strengthening of partners' capabilities.
